Role: Senior Data Engineer Location: All Persistent Locations Experience: 6 to 8 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Design, implement, and maintain scalable data engineering solutions across all phases of the software development lifecycle. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical design documents. Ensure high performance, reliability, and maintainability of data applications. Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Provide application support and demonstrate flexibility in working hours when required. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adopt emerging technologies. Expertise You'll Bring: Hands-on experience with Databricks, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and PySpark. Proficiency in working with relational and/or NoSQL databases. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with Snowflake, DataStage, or SSIS. Familiarity with the Healthcare domain and its data standards. Quick adaptability to AI tools and accelerators. Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
