Job Title: Associate Professor - MBA & BBA Programs
Role Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Professor to join our esteemed MBA program at Ramachandra College of Engineering RCEE, Eluru, Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, a passion for teaching, and a commitment to research and professional development. Additionally, this role will involve responsibilities in drafting HR policies, recruiting, and improving operational processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Teaching and Instruction: Delivering high-quality instruction in MBA courses, including but not limited to strategy, finance, marketing, and management.
Curriculum Development: Designing and updating course materials to ensure the relevance and rigor of the MBA curriculum.
Research: Conducting original research in your area of expertise and publishing findings in reputable academic journals.
Student Mentorship: Providing academic and career guidance to MBA students, supervising theses and capstone projects.
Service: Participating in departmental, college, and university committees, and contributing to the academic community.
Industry Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with industry partners to enhance the practical learning experiences of students.
HR Policies and Recruiting: Drafting and updating HR policies, participating in the recruitment process, and improving hiring strategies.
Operational Processes: Identifying and implementing improvements in operational processes within the institution.

Qualifications: Educational Background:   An MBA from a reputable university, along with a Ph.D.(Preferred) in Business Administration or a related field from an accredited institution.
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of teaching experience at the university level, preferably in an MBA program.
Research Acumen: A strong record of research and publications in peer-reviewed journals.
Teaching Excellence: Demonstrated ability to teach effectively at the graduate level, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Professional Engagement: Proven experience in engaging with the business community and industry professionals.
Commitment to Diversity: A commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse academic environment.

Skills: Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret data to improve academic and operational processes.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective teaching, mentoring, and policy drafting.
