Job Title: Automation SpecialistJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced automation specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workflow automation, data manipulation, change management, and integration development across various enterprise applications.The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable automation solutions using Workato. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage deployment lifecycles and version control, following best practices for testing, release management, and documentation of integrations.The automation specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving integration issues efficiently to minimize downtime, optimizing recipes and workflows for better performance and reliability, and implementing monitoring, alerting, and performance tracking for Workato integrations.They will also provide training and guidance to junior engineers on Workato best practices and stay updated with Workato's latest features and industry best practices to enhance automation strategies.Required Skills & Qualifications4-6 years of experience in WorkatoStrong expertise in API integrations, webhooks, and automation workflowsHands-on experience integrating with SaaS-based applications like Salesforce, Workday, Slack, Google Workspace, NetSuiteProficiency in data transformation, JSON/XML processing, and scripting (JavaScript, Python, SQL, or Ruby)Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing integrations for performanceKnowledge of authentication methods (OAuth, API keys, SAML, etc.) and security best practicesUnderstanding of IT governance, change management, and DevOps principles in integration workflowsBenefitsThis is a 100% remote position, but strict background checks will be performed on the candidates to prevent any possibility of moonlighting.
