Job Title: Facebook Ads ManagerCreative Strategy & Concept DevelopmentAs a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing innovative ad campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of direct response and performance-driven creative principles with a proven track record of creating effective Facebook and Instagram ad creatives.You should be proficient in graphic design and video editing tools such as Canva Figma Adobe Suite and CapCut.Your responsibilities will include developing creative concepts angles hooks and messaging tailored for Facebook and Instagram ads researching competitors industry trends and creative best practices to propose new ideas drafting storyboards scripts and visual layouts for ad campaigns identifying winning hooks and creative trends across Meta platforms Ad Creative Production You will be responsible for creating engaging static graphics carousels short-form videos and motion graphics including producing scroll-stopping thumbnails headlines and CTA variations as well as editing and repurposing existing assets into multiple creative versions Creative Testing & Optimization You will analyze creative performance and identify what elements are working providing weekly insights on creative optimizations and new directions You will also build and maintain a library of winning creatives and angles Marketing Collaboration You will work closely with the media buyer or marketing manager to align creative strategy with campaign goals ensuring all creatives follow brand guidelines and messaging standards
