Wireless Network Architect

About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our wireless network initiatives, designing and deploying cutting-edge enterprise solutions that ensure seamless security and compliance across diverse sites.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive wireless strategies aligning with business objectives.Leverage expertise in major wireless vendors (e.g., Cisco, Aruba, Juniper/Mist, Meraki) to drive network performance.Manage the lifecycle of wireless networks, including design, deployment, and optimization.Technical Requirements:In-depth knowledge of WiFi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax).Experience with wireless security protocols (WPA2-Enterprise, WPA3, 802.1X).Familiarity with authentication methods such as RADIUS and EAP.Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting and optimization tools.Global Deployments:Lead the rollout of wireless networks across multiple offices or countries.Ensure compliance and regulatory considerations for wireless deployments.Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams for successful global deployments.Automation & Monitoring:Leverage automation scripting (Python, Ansible, etc.) for network management tasks.Implement WiFi monitoring platforms, SNMP, syslog, and alerting systems.Network Fundamentals:Demonstrate a deep understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, QoS, and routing protocols.Integrate wireless networks with existing LAN/WAN infrastructure.Capacity Planning:Design high-density environments (e.g., trading floors, auditoria).Plan for capacity, user segmentation, and seamless roaming.Qualifications:Certified Wireless Network Professional (CWNP)Cisco CCNP Enterprise (with Wireless or ENWLSD/ENWLSI focus)Aruba ACMP/ACMXLocations: Bangalore, Trivandrum, Kochi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Noida, Gurgaon, Pune, Kolkata
