We are seeking an Intermediate Accountant with strong Australian public practice experience. This role is ideal for someone who has moved beyond graduate/junior responsibilities and is confident handling end-to-end compliance for a range of clientsWHAT YOU'LL DO:Prepare financial statements, BAS, IAS, and tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnershipsPerform reconciliations and prepare workpapers - Liaise with senior accountants/managers to finalise jobsSupport juniors and review simple tasks when needed - Use Xero, MYOB, or other Australian accounting softwareWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:3-4+ years' Australian public practice accounting experienceSolid understanding of Australian tax rules and compliance standardsCompetence in managing jobs with minimal supervisionStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
