AI Agent Developer (1–4 Years) | Full-Stack + GenAI + RAG Location: Bangalore-Onsite Experience: 1–4 Years Employment Type: Full-time Hiring: AI Agent Developer (Full-Stack + LangChain + RAG)We are hiring talented AI Agent Developers to design, build, and productionize cutting-edge AI agents on a next-gen full-stack agent platform. This role is ideal for engineers who love working at the intersection of GenAI, full-stack development, and cloud-native architecture.You will work on building highly scalable, production-ready AI agents using modern frameworks like LangChain, OpenAI Agent SDK, Google ADK, and integrate them into business workflows.This is a high-impact engineering role with strong growth opportunities. What You'll Work On- Designing & developing AI agents using modern agent frameworks.- Migrating existing agents from LangChain / OpenAI SDK / Google ADK to a proprietary agent platform.- Building RAG pipelines including ingestion, embeddings, vector search & retrieval optimization.- Defining system prompts, tool definitions, workflows, and evaluation loops.- Developing full-stack features using TypeScript, Node.js, React/Next.js.- Building & deploying services on AWS (Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, IAM).- Integrating AI agents with external systems, APIs, CRMs & enterprise data layers.- Implementing monitoring, guardrails & observability to ensure reliable AI performance. Must-Have Qualifications- 1–4+ years of professional software development experience.- Hands-on experience with LangChain / OpenAI Agent SDK / Google ADK (or similar frameworks).- Strong understanding of RAG, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, Milvus, OpenSearch).- Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, Python.- Experience with React/Next.js for frontend development.- Solid AWS experience — Lambda, EKS/ECS, API Gateway, IAM, S3, CloudWatch.- Strong engineering fundamentals in API design, Git, CI/CD, testing. Nice to Have- Experience with multiple agent frameworks (CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen).- Knowledge of LLM evaluation, guardrails, observability.- Familiarity with data ecosystems like Snowflake, BigQuery, Salesforce.- Open-source contributions to AI/agent frameworks.
