Position Overview
We are looking for a Technical Lead to scale and lead our talented team of engineers. The successful candidate will oversee a vertical within the engineering department, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, fostering a collaborative work environment, and contributing to the overall technical strategy of the organization.

Responsibilities
1. Technical Leadership and Vision
- Provide strategic direction and technical guidance to the engineering team, ensuring alignment with overall vision and business objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and leaders.
- Develop a long-term vision for our products and platform.
- Maintain a fast-paced environment while ensuring high-quality, high-velocity delivery.
2. Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the engineering and product departments.
3. Holistic View
- Partner closely with engineers, product, design, and cross-functional leaders to shape, sequence, and lead engineering work.
- Ensure alignment with overall strategy.
4. Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to building a culture of continual improvement, fostering innovation and excellence within the engineering team.
- Ensure the team stays updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and security standards.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of 4-5 developers, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Strong technical background with expertise in AWS and the MERN Stack.
- Experience in architecting and designing scalable, reliable, and secure solutions using AWS and the MERN stack.
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects from concept to completion in a collaborative environment, with a focus on solution architecture.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Passion for working in a product-focused environment with a commitment to customer impact.
- Empathy-driven leadership is always a plus.
