Job Summary:- 


Bharatloan is seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead and enhance our technology division. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience, including more than 5 years with LAMP technology, and deep expertise in Core PHP, React JS, NodeJS, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3. The CTO will drive the development and implementation of our technology strategy, focusing on building scalable platforms for loan products such as EMI loans, GST-based solutions, invoice discounting, and gold loans. This role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to manage a large IT team effectively.


Key Responsibilities:-


- Define and implement the technology strategy and vision for Bharatloan.

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of technology solutions and platforms.

- Manage, mentor, and build a high-performing IT team.

- Oversee the architecture and implementation of scalable technology solutions, including cloud services and security measures.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in technology practices and processes.

- Collaborate with other departments to align technology initiatives with business objectives.

- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners.

- Establish and maintain effective IT governance frameworks.


Required Qualifications:-


- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.


Skills and Competencies:-


- Extensive experience with LAMP technology and NodeJS.

- Expertise in REST APIs implementation and third-party integrations.

- Proficiency in Microservice-based architectures, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Hands-on experience with Core PHP, React JS, NodeJS, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Knowledge of MVC frameworks, with a preference for CodeIgniter.

- Experience with code versioning tools like Git and CI/CD processes.

- At least 2 years of experience in the Banking, Lending (NBFCs), and FinTech domains.

- Experience with loan products including Personal Loans (PayDay & EMI), MSME Loans, Gold Loans, and Invoice Discounting.

- Proven track record in managing end-to-end product development and IT operations.

- Previous experience in a CTO, CIO, IT Head, or similar leadership role.

- Experience with enterprise-wide technology platforms and SaaS solutions.

- Familiarity with AWS and other public cloud technologies.

- Knowledge of infrastructure, security, and compliance standards.

- Proven ability to manage a team of 15+ members.
