Job Description:Your key responsibilitiesProvide solutions proficiency in Blue Yonder (DP/ESP) modules to analyse and identifying gaps, to lead the solution design, and implement the BY application modules to meet business requirementsLead implementation, configurations, testing, training, knowledge transfer and documentation activitiesAble to conduct workshops to understand end to end business process requirements and propose the best possible solutionDeliver high quality client solutions that meet and exceed client expectations and are delivered on-time and on-budgetexperience in Product Support / Implementation support.Skill set and availability requirements as per the organization's needsHands on experience in implementing / supporting Demand & Fulfillment products for multiple customers.Strong analytical/problem solving skills, ability to provide alternatives, root cause analysis, testing skills and ability to make thoughtful proposals are also among the skills requiredDeep understanding of Customer business and processesWorked on other Supply Chain Planning softwareKnowledge in performance tuning techniques is added advantage.Understanding and experience with the technical requirements for the product line assigned.Understanding of various technical platforms and infrastructures.Understands Blue Yonders product suite so as to convey relationships and touch-points to the customer.Works with appropriate parties to ensure issues are resolvedCertifications: Demand Planning or Enterprise Supply Planning (Mandatory)Experience: 3- 7 YearsNotice Period: Immediate to 45 days
