This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead in designing secure AWS architectures, driving CNAPP implementation, and shaping DevSecOps culture across global teams.🔹 What You’ll Do:Architect and implement AWS security best practices (IAM, VPC, EKS/ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda)Drive automation of security controls within CI/CD pipelines (SAST, DAST, IaC scanning, etc.)Lead CNAPP setup and posture management for CSPM, CWP, and CIEMOptimize Datadog CSM & SIEM for proactive threat detection and complianceEnable “Security by Design” by collaborating with development, QA, and product teamsMentor engineers and foster a strong security-first engineering culture🔹 What We’re Looking For:7+ years in Security Engineering / DevSecOps (with 2+ years in a senior or lead capacity)Strong hands-on experience in AWS Security, Terraform, Kubernetes (EKS/ECS), and CI/CD pipelinesExperience with CNAPP tools (Wiz, Orca, Lacework) and Datadog Security modulesProficiency in automation using Python, Go, or BashExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills🔹 Nice to Have: AWS Certified Security – Specialty, AWS DevOps Engineer – Professional, CISSP, or similar certifications
