We’re looking for a  Mid level Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life with creativity, craft, and care. Someone can balance imagination with execution, and who gets excited about design that doesn’t just look good but feels good. Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and design engaging visual assets across digital and print formats (social media, websites, decks, campaigns, branding). Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to execution. Translate brand guidelines into consistent, premium, and innovative visual outputs. Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and priorities effectively. Maintain a high standard of quality while adapting designs to client feedback. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices. Requirements 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience (agency experience preferred) Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital-first design work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other design tools. Understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy. Experience with motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a must. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
