We are seeking a Paraprofessional to join our US accounting Team within the Corporate Value Consulting Service Group ("CVC Group") in our Bengaluru Office. The CVC Group provides Business Valuation, Equity Interest Valuation, and Financial Reporting Based ValuationWithum’s brand is a reflection of our people, our culture and our strength. Successful candidates for this position should possess the following attributes:

Graduation in Commerce/Business Management

Experience in US Tax return interpretation and adding it to Excel template for Form 1120-S, 1040, and 1065.

Enter financial data into Excel Spreadsheets accurately and efficiently

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Highly motivated with outstanding analytical skills

Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff as part of a team, or independently

Attention to detail for data entry

Ability to analysis the cash flow

Work within multiple systems at one time/multi-task

Knowledge in QuickBooks or Quick programming
