Job Title: Compensation and Benefits ExpertWe are seeking a skilled professional to oversee our compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring it remains competitive and compliant with regulations.About the Role:This role is responsible for developing and maintaining compensation structures, salary benchmarks, and job grading systems.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and Excel skills, experience with HRIS platforms in Workday, and knowledge of labor laws and compliance related to compensation and benefits.This position requires effective communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.The successful candidate will contribute to internal audits and reporting requirements related to C&B, prepare dashboards and reports for HR leadership on compensation trends and cost analysis, and manage vendor relationships with benefits providers.Responsibilities also include collaborating with Finance and Payroll teams to ensure accuracy in pay and benefits data, supporting design and communication of total rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees, and managing benefits enrollment and resolving employee queries in coordination with vendors.Key Responsibilities:Develop and Oversee Compensation Strategy: Ensure market competitiveness and compliance with regulations.Design and Implement Salary Structures: Create incentive plans and benefits programs that support business objectives and workforce needs.Oversee Employee Benefits Administration: Manage health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks.Conduct Market Analyses: Participate in salary surveys to ensure competitive and equitable compensation packages.Ensure Compliance: Labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies related to compensation and benefits.Collaborate with Finance and Payroll Teams: Ensure accuracy in pay and benefits data.Support Total Rewards Programs: Attract, retain, and motivate employees.Manage Benefits Enrollment and Vendor Relationships: Resolve employee queries in coordination with vendors. 3; 0;Bonus Points: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging best practices, and regulatory changes to continuously improve programs.
