Job Title: Oracle HFM ConsultantLocation: PAN IndiaEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Technical Finance Specialist with a solid understanding of both technical configuration and functional financial processes.Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and configure Oracle HFM applications, including metadata, rules, data forms, and reports.Develop and maintain HFM integration with source systems (FDMEE, ODI, etc.).Perform data load automation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.Collaborate with finance teams to understand consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and financial close processes.Implement and support HFM workflows, consolidation rules, and reporting hierarchies.Develop custom scripts, rules files, and calculation logic to support business needs.Provide production support, enhancements, and upgrades for HFM and related EPM components.Document system design, configurations, and support procedures.Partner with functional finance users to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.2-5 years of experience in Oracle HFM implementation and support.Strong understanding of financial consolidation, close, and reporting cycles.Hands-on experience with metadata management, data loads, Smart View, and HFM rules development.Experience with FDMEE, ODI, or other ETL/integration tools.Knowledge of Oracle EPM Suite (Planning, FCCS, DRM, ARM, etc.) is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Preferred Qualifications:Oracle EPM or HFM certification.Exposure to financial accounting concepts (GAAP, IFRS).Experience in upgrades or cloud migration (EPM Cloud / FCCS).Benefits:Work on diverse and challenging Oracle EPM projects.Opportunity to expand into functional and cloud EPM roles.Collaborative team environment with learning and growth opportunities.
