About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Finance and Accounting professional to join our organization.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.Handle monthly/quarterly/annual book closing and prepare financial statements along with timely Management Information System (MIS)Evaluate compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), and other applicable statutory requirements.Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and other disbursements in a timely manner.Support audits, tax filings, and liaise with external auditors/consultants as required.Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure accurate records of transactions.Maintain documentation and compliance for cross-border payments and international vendor transactions.Monitor cash flows and coordinate with banks and financial institutions.Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, taxation, and compliance regulations relevant to the organization.RequirementsA master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance is preferred. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience will also be considered.4–7 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a similar industry or field.Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and general compliance requirements.Experience in book closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.Familiarity with cross-border payment processes, Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) basics, and related compliance.Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.What We OfferAn opportunity to work closely with our leadership team and contribute to the organization's growth.A dynamic and collaborative work environment with opportunities for learning and development.Competitive compensation and benefits packages.
