The role requires hands-on development experience, solid integration knowledge, and the ability to work in an Agile environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead design, development, configuration, and deployment activities on nCino & Salesforce platforms.Drive end-to-end implementation for nCino Commercial Lending use cases.Work closely with architects and clients to define system landscape and solution design.Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, APIs, Triggers, and declarative configurations.Manage integrations using SOAP/REST APIs, RabbitMQ/APIM, and other middleware tools.Ensure secure, compliant implementations including SSO, data security, and access controls.Oversee Release Management, versioning, and deployments using AutoRabit.Collaborate with functional teams in an Agile delivery model.Required Skills✔ 4–6 years hands-on development experience in nCino ✔ 6–8 years overall experience in Salesforce ✔ Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, API development, Triggers ✔ Experience in SOAP/REST integrations, RabbitMQ/APIM ✔ Strong expertise in AutoRabit, DevOps & Release Management ✔ Ability to lead design discussions & communicate technical solutions ✔ Proven experience with configuration, customization, and deployments ✔ Strong understanding of Salesforce security & architecture best practicesGood to HaveExperience with J2EE, HTML, XML, SQL, OracleSalesforce or nCino platform certificationsAdditional InformationPriority given to candidates who can join within 30 days.Immediate evaluation for shortlisted candidates.
