Overview:

This position will be based out in India. You will be working from India night shift USA Eastern Time Zone.


Job Responsibilities:

·        Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to gain knowledge and generate referrals

·        Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing strategies

·        Screen and interview qualified candidates

·        Coordinate the full life-cycle process from scheduling interviews to placement on an assignment

·        Provide a personalized experience for each candidate based on their qualifications and long-term career goals

·        Conduct in-depth interviews to qualify prospective candidates (both active and passive) in accordance with clients’ requirements


Job Requirement:

·        At least 4 years of Healthcare Recruitment (RN’s and Allied Health) experience in USA

·        Experience in full life cycle Healthcare Staffing firm recruitment - including strategic sourcing, screening and interviewing, negotiating and closing candidates

·        Well-spoken and confident, with the ability to effectively communicate and work with people of varied backgrounds and levels of experience
