Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Generative AI Solutions Expert to join our team. This role is responsible for architecting production-grade Generative AI solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the development of cutting-edge technology.Key Responsibilities:Define architectural blueprints and reference architectures for deploying GenAI solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and model fine-tuning pipelines.Conduct rigorous evaluation, benchmarking, and selection of foundational models, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.Design robust integration patterns to connect GenAI capabilities with core enterprise platforms and existing data infrastructure.Architect solutions with a focus on high-throughput, low-latency inference, and optimization of computational resources.Operationalize and enforce enterprise-wide Responsible AI policies, including mechanisms for bias mitigation, toxicity filtering, and explainability.Implement LLMOps practices, including automated model deployment, continuous monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.Technical RequirementsQualifications:Minimum of 10 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Data Architecture, or ML Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to architecting production-grade Generative AI solutions.Deep expertise with LLMs, Transformer architectures, Fine-Tuning/Transfer Learning, and complex techniques like RAG and advanced Prompt Engineering.Expert-level proficiency with a major cloud provider and their respective AI/ML service offerings.Mastery of Python and relevant data science and ML libraries.Proven experience designing data pipelines for GenAI, including vectorization and embedding models.Strong understanding of containerization and MLOps tools for managing the lifecycle of production AI models.About UsOur organization is committed to innovation and excellence in the field of Generative AI.
