About the RoleWe are seeking a Data Management & Governance Lead who will design, architect, and lead data management and governance initiatives across SAP ecosystems. The role focuses on building trusted, governed, and integrated enterprise data frameworks that empower clients to achieve digital transformation and business agility.Key ResponsibilitiesPresales & Solution AdvisoryLead presales engagements across SAP Data Management portfolio — SAP MDG, BODS, Information Steward, Datasphere, and BTP.Translate business challenges into scalable, value-driven data management architectures.Deliver solution demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations.Solution Architecture & DesignDesign end-to-end SAP data management architectures integrating governance, quality, and analytics.Define integration models between SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Datasphere, and non-SAP data sources.Lead design sessions and ensure adherence to SAP standards, scalability, and security.Value Engineering & StrategyBuild business cases demonstrating ROI, compliance impact, and data-driven transformation.Advise CxO-level stakeholders on data strategy and governance maturity.Delivery Alignment & Client EngagementEnsure seamless transition from presales to delivery.Maintain long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities.Must-Have SkillsSAP Master Data Governance (MDG) – Configuration, data modeling, workflow design, replication.SAP Data Services (BODS) – ETL, data integration, data quality management.SAP Information Steward – Data profiling, metadata management, lineage.SAP Datasphere / SAP Data Warehouse Cloud – Data modeling, connections, governance.SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) – Integration Suite, Data Management Suite, Analytics Cloud.Data Architecture & Modeling – Conceptual, logical, physical data models.Data Governance Frameworks – Familiarity with DAMA-DMBOK or equivalent.Security & Compliance – GDPR, data masking, SAP authorization models.Optional Skills (Good to Have)Integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Salesforce, Azure, or AWSData Quality & Metadata Management (Cleansing, Validation, Lineage Tracking)QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or related field.8+ years of experience in SAP Data Management & Governance roles.Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
