Our organization is seeking a seasoned Oracle EPM strategy and advisory consultant to spearhead finance transformation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations and transformation programs, fostering collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders and driving business performance through data-enabled insights.Partner with chief financial officers, finance directors, and planning heads to design and optimize financial planning and analysis frameworks, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.Drive excellence in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling, leveraging expertise in Oracle EPM and FP&A.Translate complex business requirements into impactful Oracle EPM solutions, providing leadership during user acceptance testing, go-live, and change management phases.Ensure governance, compliance, and alignment with accounting and regulatory standards, guaranteeing the integrity of financial processes.To succeed in this role, you will need 8+ years of relevant functional experience in Oracle EPM/PBCS/EPBCS, strong financial domain expertise in FP&A, closing, and reconciliation cycles, and proven experience advising senior finance stakeholders and leading business process workshops.
