Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus for this role.Key Responsibilities:Maintain CMDB data accuracy and CI relationship integrity.Manage multi-tenant environments, domain-specific configurations, visibility rules, update set handling, and troubleshooting domain conflicts.Perform day-to-day administration, including managing the technical configuration of the platform, building forms, and creating reports and dashboards.Manage user accounts, roles, and access control lists (ACLs) to ensure appropriate access levels and platform security.Requirements:7+ years of experience in platform administration, configuration, and ITSM operations.Strong technical foundation in automation, workflow design, and enterprise system support.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.What We Offer:A dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
