As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing cloud-based infrastructure using OpenShift.Key Responsibilities:Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and manage OpenShift clusters, including upgrades, patching, scaling, and cluster lifecycle management.Containerized Application Management: Manage containerized applications using the oc CLI, OpenShift Web Console, and Kubernetes-native tooling.CICD Pipelines: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines integrating tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab for automated build, test, and deployment workflows.Monitoring and Alerting: Configure, maintain, and monitor infrastructure performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and related tools to ensure reliability and scalability across GCP and OpenShift environments.Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot platform application issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions.Security: Implement security best practices including RBAC policies, network security, and compliance within Kubernetes/OpenShift.Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and maintain IaC using Terraform to automate provisioning and configuration of GCP resources.Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented engineer with a strong understanding of cloud computing, containerization, and DevOps practices.
