Applications are the backbone of any organization. As a strategic Application Portfolio Management (APM) professional, you will be responsible for spearheading our application management efforts using LeanIX.This role is crucial in analyzing and maintaining application metadata to align current technology usage with future business requirements and guide decisions on modernization consolidation or new application development.As part of the IT Global Infrastructure & Operation team, you will be working remotely from India or Brazil and will have the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders to drive digital transformation.Key responsibilities include:• LeanIX Data StewardshipPopulate and maintain accurate application data within LeanIX including ownership lifecycle business capabilities and technical attributes.Ensure completeness and consistency of metadata across the application portfolio.• Application RationalizationEvaluate applications for business value e.g. strategic alignment user impact cost efficiency.Assess technical value e.g. scalability integration readiness security posture supportability.Identify candidates for retirement consolidation or modernization.• Technology Mapping & Future PlanningCollaborate with business and IT stakeholders to map future business requirements to existing technologies.Support decision-making on whether to enhance current platforms or build new applications.• Stakeholder EngagementWork closely with application owners enterprise architects and business analysts to gather insights and validate data.Facilitate workshops and reviews to ensure alignment on application strategy and lifecycle decisions.• Reporting & InsightsGenerate dashboards and reports from LeanIX to support executive decision-making.Provide insights into portfolio health redundancy risk and optimization opportunities.The essential requirements of this position include:• 4+ years of experience in application portfolio management enterprise architecture or IT asset management.• Hands-on experience with LeanIX or similar APM tools.• Strong understanding of application lifecycle business capability modeling and technology stack analysis.• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks e.g. TOGAF BIZBOK is required.This role directly supports our organization's digital transformation by enabling smarter technology investments reducing redundancy and aligning IT capabilities with business strategy.
