We are looking for dedicated and experienced professionals to join our Backend Operations Team in Chandigarh. This role involves managing the end-to-end process of student applications and collaborating with agents for smooth operations.


Assessments

  • Review and assess student profiles to recommend suitable programs and universities.
  • Provide agents with quick and accurate feedback on assessments.


Application Management

  • Handle the complete application process, from document collection to submission to institutions.
  • Ensure all applications are submitted accurately and on time.


Deposits & Payments

  • Coordinate with agents and students to ensure timely deposits and fee payments.
  • Follow up with agents and institutions to track and confirm payments.


Enrollment Management

  • Oversee the final stages of student enrollment, ensuring all conditions are met for a seamless process.
  • Coordinate with universities to track enrollment status and resolve any issues that arise.


Agent Collaboration

  • Work closely with agents to provide the necessary information and support for guiding students through the process.
  • Maintain regular communication and address agent queries and concerns effectively.


Target-Oriented

  • Chase recruitment and enrollment targets, ensuring timely follow-ups and achieving conversion goals.
  • Proactively address challenges to meet or exceed monthly targets.
  • Collaborate with the senior team to optimize processes for efficiency.


Requirements

  • Experience in overseas student recruitment operations, with a strong focus on end-to-end processes (assessment, application, deposit, and enrollment).
  • Ability to efficiently handle multiple applications and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with agents and educational institutions.
  • Target-driven mindset, capable of achieving and exceeding recruitment and conversion goals.
  • Expertise in document management and familiarity with the overseas education process from assessment to application, fee deposit, and enrollment.
  • Proficiency in maintaining daily records and data in Excel and CRM systems.
  • Ability to prepare and submit daily reports to management.
