Job Description Required qualification: MBBS / MD   Responsibilities:Managing medical emergenciesManaging common medical ailmentsManaging occupational diseasesLegal compliances under WB Factory rules, FA-1948, BMW 2016Skills of Diagnosing and managing medical emergenciesIdentifying life-threatening signs or symptomsResuscitation, controlling bleeding, fracture stabilizationIV infusion, injectingTaking the decision of referring patient at the appropriate timeDiagnosing and treating common medical ailmentsIdentifying serious or uncommon diseases and guide/convince the patient to take further treatmentAnalysing medical reports like biochemistry, pathology, cytology, immunological, scanning, imaging, occupational health tests etc. [e.g. Haemogram, blood sugar, liver function tests, lipid profile, kidney function tests, USG, CT, MRI, TMT, ECG, mammogram, pap smear, serum electrolytes, blood gas analysis, oxygen saturation, disease specific antibody/antigen tests, audiometer, PFT, vision tests etc.]Analysing medical reports and assess trends in medical or occupational conditions or diseasesDiagnose occupational diseases in early stages and initiate necessary preventive measuresTraining and developing skills of nursing staff in handling emergencies and other medical conditionsImparting health awareness in an easily understandable way to all the employeesComputer skills like MS office (word, excel, outlook, power point)     Managerial knowledge and skills: Goal settingPlanningTime managementReasoningEffective communicationInterpersonal skillsUnderstanding team dynamicsTeam buildingDelegationMotivationManaging disciplineManaging conflictMaking decisions andProblem-solving.Experience of handling COVID cases, Vaccination at workplace.\ Essential Qualification: MBBS & Associate Fellow Of Industrial Health (AFIH) – From accredited institutions / Certificate of Training in Industrial Health recognized by State Government
