About the RoleThis is a contract position for a skilled PySpark Data Engineer.The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in data engineering, including design, application development, testing, and operational stability. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or Scala, as well as automation and continuous delivery methods, is required.Develop creative software and data solutions by thinking beyond routine approaches to build innovative products or break down complex technical problems.Create secure, high-quality production code and data pipelines, reviewing and debugging processes implemented by others.Identify opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability of software applications and systems.You will lead evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to drive outcomes-oriented probing of architectural designs and technical credentials.A robust monitoring and alerting system will be implemented to proactively identify and address data ingestion issues, optimizing performance and throughput.Key Responsibilities- Execute advanced software and data solutions.- Develop secure, high-quality production code and data pipelines.- Improve operational stability of software applications and systems.- Lead evaluation sessions to drive outcomes-oriented probing.
