We are expanding our creative team and looking for a skilled Thumbnail Designer who can create eye-catching, high-CTR thumbnails that drive views and engagement.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented YouTube Thumbnail Designer to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual storytelling, quick turnaround ability, and deep understanding of what makes YouTube thumbnails clickable.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign high-quality, high-CTR YouTube thumbnails for news videos, interviews, explainers, and special reportsUnderstand video scripts, key moments, and emotional tone to translate them into compelling visualsUse strong colour grading, typography, facial emphasis, and composition techniquesDeliver thumbnails in fast turnaround time in a newsroom-style environmentBrainstorm creative thumbnail concepts with the editorial and video teamMaintain brand consistency while also innovating with new stylesEdit photos, cutouts, and graphics when neededAnalyse performance analytics to improve future thumbnailsManage multiple projects simultaneously under deadlinesRequirements3-7 years of experience in YouTube or digital media thumbnail designingStrong proficiency in Photoshop / Canva / Photo editing softwareAbility to create custom cutouts, highlight expressions, add depth & contrastStrong understanding of trending YouTube design stylesAbility to work in fast-paced, time-sensitive environmentCreativity, attention to detail, and visual storytelling senseBasic understanding of news, politics, and digital media is a bonusPreferred SkillsExperience working with news or media channelsUnderstanding of colour psychology & viewer behaviourAbility to suggest creative ideas that can boost CTRKnowledge of Hindi/English contentInterest in current affairs and digital journalismWhat We OfferOpportunity to work with a fast-growing digital news companyRemote flexibility with a collaborative teamCreative freedom and space to experimentA chance to impact millions of viewers across IndiaCompetitive salary based on experienceHow to ApplyInterested candidates can apply here and submit the google form - https://bit.ly/4pmjobxxx
