Oracle Transportation Management ConsultantJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Transportation Management Consultant to join our team. As an OTM Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end Oracle Transportation Management implementations.Key Responsibilities:Lead or participate in full lifecycle OTM implementation projects.Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into OTM solutions.Configure OTM modules, workflows, agents, and automation rules.Perform OTM Cloud configurations and support integration with external systems.Conduct functional and technical analysis, develop solution designs, and troubleshoot system issues.Support OTM on-premise to cloud migration activities (if applicable).Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/DevOps environment.Create documentation, functional specs, and process flows for implementations.Required Skills and Qualifications:8–12+ Years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).Strong hands-on experience with OTM Cloud; exposure to both functional and technical areas.Proficiency in SQL and OTM-related data structures.Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, version control, build/release processes.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.Experience with OTM on-premises to cloud migration (mandatory for senior role; good to have for mid-level).Excellent communication and client interaction skills.Benefits:Opportunity to work with a leading company in the logistics industry.Chance to grow and develop your career as an OTM Consultant.Competitive salary and benefits package.
