Technical Project Management RoleAs a seasoned Technical Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology initiatives. Your strategic thinking and technical foundation will enable you to manage a diverse portfolio of projects, including CRM and ERP implementations, data analytics solutions, and custom software development.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.Technical Liaison: Serve as the primary technical liaison between stakeholders, product owners, and development teams, translating business needs into detailed technical requirements.Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.Collaboration: Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, while being adept at applying hybrid or Waterfall methodologies where appropriate.Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress using key metrics and prepare regular status reports for senior management and executive stakeholders.Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with the technical architecture and strategy.Team Leadership: Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in technical project management.Skills: Demonstrable experience successfully managing large-scale implementation projects for CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and Analytics (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) platforms.Qualifications: Strong awareness of technology trends, strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and expertise in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.Preferred Qualifications:Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.Background: Prior hands-on experience as a software developer, business analyst, or solutions architect.
