Job Description: Asst Facility Manager F &B Overall ResponsibilityHospitality ServicesMonitor upkeep and maintenance of infrastructure as per defined standards;Review Catering and Banquet operations;Establish a process for food court operations;Plan for employee catering;Work with vendors to fix menus and rates;Set up food courts, health club and leisure facilities;Co-ordinate visitor management;Establish ECC/guesthouses / staff hostels / dormitories and ensure operations;Take over new infrastructure and set up for operations To maintain consistency and achieve 99.5% of timely AHD closure in F&B operations. Develop F&B workflow to meet SLAs. Ensures compliance in the area of operation. Competencies and ExperienceProficiency in a range of IT tools and platforms.Experience in vendor management.Strong analytical, organization and presentation skills.Graduate/ Diploma in Hotel Management & catering technology, 8-10 years in facilities management or related area of operationBS or Associates in facilities, property, business or related.Location: On-site –Noida, UPScheduled Weekly Hours:0If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
