We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to lead our technical team in spearheading the backend development and integration of our enterprise e-commerce platform.This is a key technical leadership position with a clear path to grow into an Architect-level role shaping the future of our e-commerce ecosystem.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems within the Adobe Commerce Cloud environment.Collaborating with front-end teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.Partnering with implementation teams for effective knowledge transfer and platform alignment.Leading and mentoring the backend development team, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices.Optimizing backend components for speed, scalability, and reliability.Staying updated on e-commerce and Adobe Commerce Cloud trends, applying best practices and innovations.Driving technical architecture and direction for the e-commerce platform.Ensuring compliance with data security and regulatory standards.RequirementsA Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.3+ years of experience as an Adobe Commerce (Magento) Developer.Deep, hands-on experience with Adobe Commerce Cloud/Magento Enterprise.Strong GraphQL skills.Headless implementation experience.ERP/middleware integration experience.Large dataset experience (100K+ products).
