We are seeking a talented React Native Developers with good English communication to join our fast-paced and collaborative development team.Job Summary:As a React Native Developer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our mobile/web applications. Your expertise in React Native, JavaScript, and app development will be critical in creating user-friendly and high-performance experiences for our clients.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain high-quality React Native mobile/web applications for both iOS and Android platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and other issues related to mobile/web development.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile/web app development.Work with the design and product teams to translate user requirements into functional mobile/web applications.Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and promote knowledge sharing.Deploy application on required platformsWorked with web services / APIExperience in working with MySQL / MS SQL / PostgresqlGitHub for version managementRequirements:Proven 2-4 years of experience in mobile/web app development using React Native.Strong proficiency in JavaScript and its modern ES6+ syntax.Experience with state management using Redux or similar libraries.Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.Knowledge of mobile UI/UX best practices and responsive design principles.Understanding of version control using Git.Experience with performance optimization and debugging techniques.Ability to work independently and in a team environment, taking ownership of assigned tasks.Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with native modules and integrating native code into React Native applications.Knowledge of other frontend development frameworks (e.g React JS/ Svelte JS) is a plus.Perks and Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Opportunity for professional growth and career advancement.Friendly and inclusive work environment.Hiring process:Applicants will be reviewed based on their resume & expected CTCApplicants will be sent a technical challenge to be solved within 3 daysTelephonic interviews with BA & Senior ManagementThe selected candidate will be offered the positionIf you are a passionate React Native Developer with a strong desire to build innovative mobile applications, we would love to hear from you Join our talented team and make a significant impact on our projects and clients.
