Financial Reporting SpecialistWe're seeking an experienced financial reporting professional to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, concise insights for stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and local statutory norms.Drive timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closures.Communicate financial insights clearly to leadership, auditors, and cross-functional teams.Analyze financial data to support strategic decisions.Strengthen internal controls and reporting accuracy.Support intercompany reconciliations and global transactions.What You'll Bring:A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.2–5 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in MNCs or audit firms.A strong command of US GAAP and IFRS.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills – you simplify the complex.Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle).The ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.Bonus Points:Experience in SEC reporting or SOX compliance.Exposure to global finance operations or shared services.An analytical mindset and attention to detail.A collaborative and proactive approach.About the Role:- Location: Noida | Remote- Job Type: Full-time
