Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will work closely with Client Success to provide Tier-2 client support for software technical issues and collaborate with the Engineering department to debug and resolve the issues.The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Provide technical support to internal and external users, including customer service teams, clients, and partners.Communicate and coordinate feedback and inputs to the development team, primarily based in India.Assist the QA lead with QA activities.Troubleshoot technical issues with minimal support from the development team.Key ResponsibilitiesSolve technical problems efficiently and effectively.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.Develop and maintain procedural documentation to support technical support efforts.Collaborate with the Engineering department to improve product quality.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:A strong background in software technical support.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with ITIL framework.Basic understanding of software development lifecycle.BenefitsThis is an excellent opportunity to join our company and contribute to the success of our products.
