Cloudphysician has been radically transforming delivery of critical care by impacting thousands of patients across India and enabling them to receive high quality care irrespective of their location and is moving towards mainstreaming this model globally.
Our Care Center, based in Bangalore, is staffed 24/7 by a highly qualified and trained critical care team that includes super-specialist doctors, nurses, dieticians, and pharmacologists. The clinical team uses our proprietary platform, RADAR, to connect to hospital ICUs to oversee and manage the care of critically ill patients across multiple regions. RADAR, built by our team of technology experts, incorporates automation, computer vision, real-time video, and data analytics to help expert care providers connect to and provide care to patients.
We have cared for nearly 100,000+ intensive care patients across 23 states in India and saved numerous lives.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Imagine working on solving a problem that directly impacts care of a patient in a critical care unit. That is what we are striving to achieve everyday by building our product RADAR, a product for clinicians. We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our product team who can work with us in this mission. This role plays a key role in supporting our rapidly growing B2B business. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient and someone with an understanding of how to build products that users love. We already have a development team, design team, business development team and user research team waiting for you. Let’s build together
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership in product, technology, and business to articulate business. needs to actionable product requirements. Assist in defining requirements, writing user stories, and prioritizing features.
- Conduct market research, user interviews, and analyze data to identify product improvements.
- Interact and collaborate with all stakeholders - finance, engineering, sales, operations, and other internal teams to develop a roadmap for innovative solutions.
- Ensures clear and unambiguous translation of Product Roadmap to deliverables to enable the team to complete work.
- Establish requirements and specifications for existing (enhancements) and new products.
- Drives the execution of product development in collaboration with engineering.
- Develop metrics to measure the success of products and enhancements.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate in Engineering with 1-3 years of experience in product management or customer onboarding or product adoption or as a business analyst in a B2B setup.
- Skilled in utilizing project management tools like Jira to track and manage complex projects efficiently.
- Practical experience in applying agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban to deliver successful products.
- Ability to design and understand user journeys.
- Knowledge of UI/UX and designing wireframes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Skilled with tools like JIRA and familiarity with Figma is a plus.
- Previous experience in the Healthcare/Healthtech domain will be a plus.
