Data Architecture Specialist for Mobility Data FlowThe architect of clarity designs the technical architecture of mobility projects, ensuring every workflow is aligned for day-one success.Key Responsibilities:Create detailed workflows, schemas, annotation guidelines, and tool configurations to meet client requirements and technical specifications.Collaborate with Training Managers and Delivery Managers to ensure project setup aligns with human performance realities, throughput expectations, and scalable training models.Evaluate tools, data pipelines, and configuration logic pre-launch to eliminate blockers and ensure operational readiness.Develop clear and comprehensive documentation, workflow maps, SOPs, and technical enablement materials to support operational efficiency.Analyze workflow performance, identify gaps, and propose continuous improvements to optimize quality, efficiency, and scalability.Required Qualifications:3–5 years of experience in Data Operations, Solutions Architecture, Technical Program Management, or similar technical/operational roles.Experience with data annotation, ML/AV workflows, or complex multi-step operational processes.Able to translate technical requirements into structured, scalable operational workflows.Strong documentation, workflow design, and system-mapping skills.Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Training, Delivery).
