Key Responsibilities:Transcribe and edit doctor-dictated medical reports, including:Discharge summariesOperative notesClinical progress notesDiagnostic imaging reportsConsultation reportsEnsure accuracy, clarity, and completeness in all patient documentation.Interpret complex medical terminology, abbreviations, and diagnostic procedures.Maintain confidentiality and data security of patient records.Proofread and format transcriptions to align with hospital documentation protocols.Work closely with physicians and nursing staff to resolve inconsistencies or unclear dictations.Adhere to turnaround times and transcription quality standards.
