We have a requirement for Export Lead for Isha Foundation, Coimbatore. Please find below the job details:


Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that all export procedures comply with relevant international trade regulations and company policies.

2. Ensure compliance with customs regulations, export licenses, and other legal requirements.

3. Keep updated with changes in international trade laws, tariffs, and regulations and ensure company adherence.

4. Maintain effective communication with internal teams (sales, production, and warehouse) and external stakeholders to ensure all export requirements are met

5. Monitor and track shipment progress, proactively addressing potential delays

6. Oversee the preparation and dispatch of goods to ensure adequate stock levels for export orders

7. Coordinate with the warehouse and production team to ensure timely availability of goods for export

8. Analyze export data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in the export process


Skills/Competencies:

1. Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, and global trade regulations.

2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in logistics software (ERP systems, TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite

3. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

4. Problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail Leadership and team management capabilities
