BandLevel 4Job Description SummaryAbout the role:Acts as a finance business partner for the NTO STO by analyzing, planning and monitoring the STO financial performance, preparation of management reports and performing analysis for decision support Job DescriptionKey Requirements:Support for all planning cycles for NTO STO: TGT, LFs, LOs and spotlandingSupport monthly reporting process of STO by reviewing sites and ESO contributions as well as providing own analysis and inputReport actuals and forecast for STO Above Sites entities (Mgmt, ESO, SCM)Support preparation of management reports within agreed deadlines for Executive reviewsSupport proactivity and forward-looking performance management and analysis to meet financial targets and improve financial results of STOSupport ad-hoc requests of Head Finance STO and Head BPA STOPro-actively support and seek for exchange with other platform BPAs and Global NTO BPA to seek best in class solution and simplifications to further improve productivity in NTO STODrive the implementation of optimization and development in management reporting systemsImprove accuracy in cost accounting and product costing process to improve decision-making Collaborate with STO Global Function teams (Engineering, SCM). Support STO Workstreams.
