Job OverviewZenwork is a pioneer in cloud-based Tax Automation and Governance, Risk Compliance (GRC) technology.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audits, policy management, risk assessment, and fraud risk in payment products.The responsibilities include:Audit Management & CertificationLead SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other relevant auditsCoordinate with external auditors, regulators, and certification bodiesMaintain compliance documentation and evidenceData Protection & Regulatory ComplianceRespond to customer security questionnaires and due diligence requestsReview and support Data Protection Agreements (DPAs)Ensure ongoing compliance with data protection and privacy regulationsKey ResponsibilitiesGovernance & Policy DevelopmentDevelop, update, and enforce information security and compliance policiesDrive company-wide security awareness and compliance training programsMonitor adherence to internal controls and compliance frameworksRisk Management & Fraud DetectionConduct risk assessments across business units and productsIdentify and mitigate fraud risks in Zenwork's Payments productApply AI/ML-driven techniques for fraud detection, anomaly identification, and transaction monitoringAlign risk management practices with frameworks (ISO 27005, NIST, etc.)
