Talent Worx is seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business objectives and technology solutions, ensuring that our clients' needs are met effectively and efficiently. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and document business processes, gather requirements, and facilitate the implementation of innovative solutions.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to analyze complex data and present information in a clear and concise manner. Experience in developing business cases and impact assessments. Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
