This person will be a part of the core founding team and make a difference to the product and the marketRole OverviewWe are looking for a Medical Affairs Pharmacologist who wants to move beyond traditional roles and help build the next generation of AI-powered medical evidence product.This is a hybrid position combining clinical knowledge, product innovation, and hospital collaboration — ideal for someone excited by science, technology and entrepreneurship.Key Responsibilities- AI Product Development:- Co-create therapy wise evidence modules with the product and tech teams, starting with onco.- Evidence Curation:- Identify, summarize, and validate key trials, drug studies, and treatment guidelines for integration into OneRx's evidence engine.- Hospital & Doctor Partnerships:- Build collaborations with doctors, hospitals, oncology departments, for pilots and validation.- Doctor Engagement & Training:- Introduce the product to oncologists, and other therapy area doctors;conduct demos, trainingsessions, and workshops to ensure adoption.- Product Testing with Clinicians:- Lead user trials, gather real-world feedback, and translate findings into product improvements.- Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Work closely with AI, engineering, and UX teams to align clinical logic with product design.- Thought Leadership:- Represent OneRx at medical conferences, digital health forums, and academic partnerships;publish and speak on evidence-based AI in oncology and pharmacology.Who You Are- Education: MBBS + MD (Pharmacology, or related specialty)- Location: Gurgaon (preferred)Skills:- Building hospital and doctor partnerships- Conducting demos and training programs for doctors- Translating clinical insights into product logic- Collaborating across medical, product, and engineering teams- Excellent scientific writing and communication- Bonus: Experience in medical affairs, AI tools, or evidence synthesis platformsWhy Join Us- Shape the future of evidence-based healthcare in India- Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and medical experts- Build and test products used by doctors nationwide- Competitive compensation, ESOP potential, and high-growth trajectoryWhat you should know about us- We are a young company, 12 people with inhouse AI tech team- We are self funded- We believe in making a difference through the work we doCompensation- Will be fixed monthly and founder equityApply Now vivek.slaria@oneorg.ai +91 98190 48886 www.Onerx.AiSubject: "Application – Co-Founder Medical Affairs AI & Product"
