Financial Operations Manager RoleThis is a high-profile position that involves leading the financial operations of an entity in Singapore. The successful candidate will oversee the revenue and cost accounting on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.The Financial Operations Manager will collaborate with internal teams to reconcile revenue-related transactions, verify school contracts for cost provisions, and prepare debtors' ageing files for business leaders and LOB's review.The role also entails reconciling bank receipts and payment gateway transactions, intercompany reconciliations and balance confirmations across all group entities, verifying participant refunds, and providing assistance during statutory audits, due diligence, and internal audits.Key responsibilities include managing financial data, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and meeting regulatory requirements.To be considered for this opportunity, you must possess:A strong background in finance, preferably with CA or MBA qualificationsNo less than 5 years of experience in a similar roleExcellent working skills in MS Excel and knowledge of ERP environments (SAP and Salesforce)Ability to work under pressure with changing deadlines and responsibilitiesFamiliarity with Singapore tax compliance regulationsIn return, you can expect a challenging and rewarding career path with opportunities for growth and professional development.
