About the RoleTo provide exceptional virtual consultations to patients with empathy and professionalism, ensuring their well-being and satisfaction throughout their healthcare journey.Proactively engage with customers via outbound calls to monitor treatment progress, address concerns, and offer support as part of their journey.Take ownership of achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) defined by your manager, including targets for call attempts made and completed consultation calls each day.Adhere to established communication and script guidelines provided during all customer interactions, delivering a consistent, high-empathy experience that meets service and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth consultations to gather patient history and accurately diagnose illnesses. Prescribe medications and recommend treatments based on homeopathic principles and established lines of treatment.Develop and implement personalized care plans to address individual patient needs.Provide follow-up care, adjusting treatments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.Counsel patients on preventive healthcare practices, emphasizing proper nutrition, hygiene, and lifestyle changes.RequirementsA strong foundation in Ayurveda is essential for this role.
