Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Research ScientistThe position of Artificial Intelligence Research Scientist is a challenging and rewarding role that involves the development of innovative AI solutions for real-world problems.We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team and help advance our AI-powered platform in skill assessment and job matching.The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as an AI Research Scientist with a strong focus on machine learning, predictive modeling, and data analytics.The responsibilities of this position include designing, developing, and deploying predictive models to power skill assessment and job matching, building and maintaining robust data models and schemas for large-scale datasets, and collaborating with data engineers to ensure consistency, scalability, and accessibility.The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing embeddings for skills, jobs, and user profiles to drive recommendations and similarity analysis, training, validating, and fine-tuning ML models on diverse datasets, addressing imbalanced data, mitigating bias, and monitoring production performance.In addition to these responsibilities, the AI Research Scientist will apply advanced statistical techniques for insights, anomaly detection, and product development, deliver findings via dashboards, reports, and visualizations, build scalable pipelines with BigQuery, Dataflow, and Dataproc, optimize workflows for cost and performance, manage deployments across multi-cloud environments, ensuring interoperability, security, and compliance, write clean, testable Python code using scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, contribute to internal data science libraries, enhance performance of ML pipelines, reduce bottlenecks, and improve training speed and accuracy.The AI Research Scientist will also present results to technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving product improvements.This role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field is required, along with a passion for using data to solve real-world problems and make a positive impact.
