General PurposeWe are looking for an experienced and imaginative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist at INFABIO. you will be responsible for developing and administering our Social Media work-plan in order to increase our online existence and enhance our marketing and sales endeavours. You will be working intimately with our departments concerning Marketing and Sales and will be responsible for being a part of relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and "soft selling" the product by providing support to current and potential customers.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement and manage our social media strategyCommunicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong networkMeasure the success of every social media campaignStay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologiesWork with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealingCollaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teamsMonitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimizationJob Skills and RequirementsRequired: BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public RelationsProven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialistAdequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEOYou might be required to work in shifts supporting US or UK timings.Preferred: Fluency in EnglishGreat interpersonal and communication skillsKnowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channelsPositive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational abilityDemonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledgeExcellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
