Solution Architect Job OpportunityWe are looking for a skilled Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our business.Key Responsibilities:Requirements Analysis & Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs for ServiceNow solutions.End-to-End Architecture: Own the overall ServiceNow solution architecture for assigned projects or modules, ensuring compatibility with existing platform configurations and enterprise architecture standards.Module Implementation: Lead the configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules to meet requirements, ensuring they are built according to best practices and are maintainable.Integration & Data Management: Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, utilizing integration tools and APIs to enable data exchange.Technical Leadership in Projects: Act as the technical lead for ServiceNow implementation teams, providing guidance to developers and administrators and resolving design questions.Testing & Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams and end-users to develop test plans for ServiceNow solutions, participating in system testing and user acceptance testing.Deployment & Support Transition: Plan and coordinate go-live activities for new ServiceNow features or modules, creating documentation for implemented solutions.Post-Implementation Optimization: Monitor solution performance and adoption after rollout, identifying opportunities for improvement and providing recommendations for updates or refinements.Standards & Best Practices Compliance: Ensure that all solutions adhere to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards, contributing to developing internal best practice guides and reusable solution patterns.Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other IT teams throughout the project lifecycle, communicating architecture decisions and status updates to stakeholders.
