Job Title: Graphic DesignerWe are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team.About the Role:The successful candidate will have experience in both print and electronic media, with a strong understanding of how marketing campaigns work, especially in the experiential sector. They will be responsible for taking direction from written or spoken ideas and seamlessly converting them into images, layouts, and other designs.Key Responsibilities:Be an active part of the creative process - right from receiving the brief to executionBrainstorming with creative and client servicing teams on solutions for brandsUnderstanding Brand Identity Design and tonality of existing clients and working with their guidelinesCreate and deliver graphic template, video content, motion graphics for content designPrepare design plan, concept, storyboard and layout for event space designTake forward the design template into product and collateral designEdit raw video footage and make films to amplify and archive the projectMaking print files or final resolution files for exportMeet deadlines while executing designing projectsRequirements:Degree in visual or experiential design discipline from renowned institute is mandatorySoftware skills: Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, After Effects, Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro, Color Correcting, etc.)Have a creative thought processA keen eye for aesthetics and detailsPassionate about brand communicationAbility to work methodically and meet deadlinesPosses great interpersonal and organizational skillsUp to date with current trends in marketing and design communicationTech/Social media/Digital savvy
