About the PositionDevelop strategic partnerships with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver exceptional results.Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities to drive business growth.Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and training materials to enhance knowledge sharing.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.Design and implement identity lifecycle management solutions to meet client requirements.Develop custom connectors and integrations with third-party systems to enhance data exchange.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to facilitate skill development.Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.2+ years of experience working in identity and access management domain with minimum 2 years of experience in Saviynt Identity Platform.Strong understanding of identity and access management principles.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PowerShell.Experience in working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Saviynt certification(s) preferred.
